The success of the Manta Network and our mission to save the world's manta rays depend on the support of volunteers. We are building a network of supporters around the world. Select from any of the areas listed below and add your support.

Fundraising Coordinator -- Design, organize and coordinate all fundraising activities. Seek assistance of other local non-profit organizations to support our fundraising activities. As we are successful with fundraising efforts, this position will evolve into a full-time paid staff position. Fundraising -- Participate in local fundraising activities such as Earth Day and scuba events. Seek assistance of other local non-profit organizations to support our fundraising activities. Work with local dive and photography clubs to introduce them to our work. Local Organizer -- Identify and develop sponsors and other types of fundraising in your area. Web Designers -- Assist in the development of on-line presentations including presentation and analysis tools for the Global Database. Knowledge of HTML, MySQL, PHP and PostNUKE desirable. Research Affiliate -- Affiliates from around the world are invaluable in helping to gain a global picture of manta populations. Join the growing number of dive operators, underwater photographers, videographers and others who have frequent contact with mantas. Recruiters -- Help get the word out about what we are doing. Contact aquaintances and others to build our membership and support. Research Assistance -- Develop a program to collect manta images and video from the Internet. Contact photographers and videographers to obtain copies of photos and videos in digital form and permission to use same. Biologist Assistants -- Work with marine biologist to advance their work. This is in support of several Manta Network research projects. Organizer -- Assist in fundraising events and support other office-related activities. Accounting -- Support business activities, identify classes of expenses, identify reporting requirements and help file IRS required forms. Knowledge of expense reporting guidelines, IRS reports, non-profit tax reporting is highly desirable.
